ARTex launches its first online HTML/CSS lessons in partnership with StudyPug Education, engaging 10 participants.
November 2022
ARTex Coding Society is officially founded, with seven head branch members appointed.
December 2022
ARTex holds its first in-person HTML/CSS lessons at West Vancouver Community Centre (West Vancouver, British Columbia), with 18 participants.
January 2023
ARTex is officially incorporated as a British Columbia society.
March 2023
ARTex runs its first in-person one-week Scratch and HTML/CSS camps at Dunbar Community Centre (Vancouver, British Columbia), with 15 participants each, totalling 30 participants.
ARTex runs an online Scratch camp with StudyPug Education for five participants.

ARTex launches its first weekly in-person Scratch lessons at Renfrew Community Centre (East Vancouver, British Columbia), with 10 participants, until December 2023.
ARTex runs weekly in-person Python lessons at Dunbar Community Centre, with 10 participants, until December 2023.
November 2023
ARTex receives $6,000 in donations from TD Bank.
ARTex purchases its first 10 laptops to support program participants.
January 2024
ARTex meets with the BC Ministry of Children and Family Development to offer accessible coding workshops to underserved youth.
ARTex launches its first in-person Pro-D Python workshop at Arbutus Global Middle School (Victoria, British Columbia), with 20 participants.
